Gary M. Soden - Owner
Gary has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, both from UC Berkeley. He also has an Engineering Contractor’s and C-57 Well Drilling license and added drilling services to his company in 1986. He has a NGWA well certification and IGSHPA, Geothermal driller and installer certification. Gary was presented with California Groundwater Association Humanitarian Award in 2005 for tsunami relief efforts in Thailand.
Terri White - Operations Manager
Terri has worked for Clear Heart for 10+years. She started as an assistant and has brought excellent management skills to the company. She is a member of the National Ground Water Association.
Rick Schneider - Driller Supervisor
Rick brings twenty-five plus years of drilling experience and expertise to Clear Heart Drilling and is a member of the National Ground Water Association. He has been a driller for us since 1999. He operates the CME 75 High Torque Auger Rig and the Sonic Direct Push Track Rig.
Chris Herrell - Driller
Chris operates our High Torque DR8K Track limited access rig, Morooka all-terrain track rig, Portable Remote access rig and horizontal drill rig. He has been employed with Clear Heart since 1997. Chris has been a driller since 1999 and is a member of the NGWA.
Pablo Gonzalez - Driller
Pablo operates the DR10K High Torque Limited Access Rig and the DR5K long stroke auger rig. He has been a driller for Clear Heart for 8+years.
